    i doubt very seriously that's why he's posting that. that's one of the most misunderstood verses in the Bible...and it's just amazing when understood in historical context.

    Lin should be thankful. The Rockets offered him a big contract and gave him an opportunity.

    It sucks that he's only been in the league for a few years and he's been shipped around a good bit... but that's the nature of the business. Basketball players change teams. That's life in the NBA.

    And while he is not worth $15M, he is still good enough (and has enough of a following) that some team will pay him millions for his next contract. With solid money management and future endorsement deals in China, he should be more than set for life. There is nothing to feel sorry for.

    I'm sure Lin would put it that he is "very blessed".
