    I don't see anything about that alleged Bulls' offer on Broussard's page. Not that I'd believe him anyway, but ijs.

    Feel: 'Melo wants to stay in New York. He's looking for reasons. Not sure Jose Calderon is that reason. In Chicago, he's a perfect fit. He walks in there, they need that type of player. He doesn't want to play defense. They can get around that. It's a perfect fit but the money will be vastly different.

    This is a classic example of winning vs. money. The Knicks are at least a year away from making the playoffs. Chicago, even if LeBron goes back to Miami, I might pick Chicago to win the East (if they don't trade Gibson). Depending on how they structure the deal, there's a way they could get 'Melo and sign Pau Gasol. There's ways they can get 'Melo and trade for Kevin Love. The Bulls, if 'Melo is willing to take a pay cut, the Bulls can make another move.

    It's 'Melo plus one other piece. The Rockets are in third. 'Melo is choosing between New York and Chicago.
