    Er....because clutch did the same thing more than a decade ago? Don't begrudge people their attempt to improve the market.

    BTW, Clutch does an awesome job here. Just making a point.

    My speculation: if NY agrees to SnT for Melo, or if we trade for Love, Lowry signs with Houston. Otherwise, we sign Melo outright with no Lowry if NY doesn't SnT

    I could see the Knicks letting Melo walk to save taxes. Lakers did the same thing with Dwight.

    I think the Raptors would work with us on a SnT....they can't afford to get back nothing.

    WS is another useless stat you could have used to prove Lowry is better, just for your info Hakeem's ORTG in 1993-94 was 109 :eek:

    wouldnt the raptors just offer the 5th year to retain him? I thought I read that they didnt' want to do a SNT

    Let this sink in....

    If Melo demands his max in a SnT, then he can get $22.5 million.

    Assuming our offer to Lowry is $11.3 million (which I've speculated in previous posts), Lowry plus Love would be $27 million.

    So you can have Melo at $22.5, or Lowry AND Love for $27 (assuming we can get both).
