Sounds fair for what? Unless it helps us land someone better, I really don't want to just throw DMo in just to get Lin off the books. I thought he improved a lot last year and hopefully will continue.

Shaun Livingston signed with Golden State. The Lin market gets smaller. Not good.

The Lin market is going to be defined by cap space to absorb his contract... not need at PG.

I get tha Lin as a player has limitations and tht LOFs have poisoned the well around here, but he did work hard, had some good moments, seems to be a good teammate, and has been a good Rocket on and off the court.

That any Rocket fan is openly hoping one of our guys (with possible exception of Scottie Quittin) goes to the jazz is just wrong. Lin in particular deserves better.

I think poster suggested that bc was reported Jazz had ample cap room to absorb contracts if they could not make a splash in FA market.

How ironic would it be if the Jazz did us a solid by taking on Lin's contract, lol.

I wouldn't wish being a Jazz on any player, but being a Jazz fan would serve LOF just right!!!

"Hearing that Rockets & Sixers are in fluid trade talks surrounding Jeremy Lin. HOU waiting to unload Lin's deal if it signs Melo or Lebron."

He writes for Liberty Ballers. They are generally considered to be privy to special info

Jeremy could do a heck of a lot worse than playing for a young team working overtime to build for the future.
