    Interesting that Dwight really wants Melo, but has been pretty quiet about Lebron. Maybe the rumors of them not liking each other are true.

    Would Phil do a sign and trade if MirotIc's draft rights were included with Boozer's contract? Or would he rather have Lin, the Asik trade exception (and luxury tax savings), TJones and the New Orleans pick? Plus the fact that Melo gets traded out of the conference? Phil may be in control of whether Melo goes to Houston or Chicago.

    Chicago is going to have a hard time pulling it off because their cheap owner is not going to amnesty Boozer and Phil is not going to take him in a SnT.

    People hail Mirotic as this great trade piece. I don't actually believe he is for New York. He's the perfect guy to sign with your MLE, but NY is trying to clear cap for next wave of star FAs. Having Mirotic on the books for $6mil isn't really all that for them. Mirotic makes more sense for Minnesota in a Love trade then he does with a Melo trade.

    I actually may buy that Phil's not going for the S&T and just let Melo walk.
