You could do a presentation alone on real estate cost differentiation, and another on the exchange rate, but yes 46% sounds right.

Toronto is pretty damn awesome though. Def. top 5 city I've ever visited. But for a US citizen to have to work & live there, its beyond ridiculously expensive.

I am sure this was presented to Lowry and his agent - just because a number on paper looks amazing - what matters is what you actually take home to the bank - he probably showed that the difference of what you can take home in Houston is similar to Toronto and you get a chance at a ring too -- and its a place he is familiar with etc.

In other words Lowry needs to wait on Melo. If Lowry truely wanted to be in Toronto he would just sign.

    Good for us:cool:

BTW, just realized that if Lowry or any of his buddies read this site, a thread titled "Lowry is 4th option" for the Rockets on the front page might not seem like the most welcoming thing in the world.

David Aldridge is pretty good too along with Woj and Sam Amick. If this is true...he's noti even meeting face to face with Heat. Heat must low balled him with 8 mil or something. So it's be tween Houston and Toronto....They lose unless they offer a 60mil. All that non sense about no sign and trade will go out the door once he says I'm not coming back...they will change that song quick and take what they can get.

Guys, the Heat need a 5. They're going to go after Pau. That's who they've had in their sights since all these rumors about Lowry and Deng started.

Houston can offer a comparable offer/contender status.

    Could easily make that:

Kyle Lowry told Rockets today he'll take a few days to make up his mind. HOU still confident: "he knows us, and we know him," a source said.

    :)

I don't necessarily agree with this. Aldridge's glory days are behind him. He usually only offers already reported news and analysis.

Sounds like a man who is waiting for something to happen. He already has an idea of who he wants.

I think he's coming back to HTown.

This is my thinking too. TO can offer the most money straight up. So if he were comfortable there, he'd just sign. He's intrigued by running point on a team that includes Melo, Howard, Harden and Parson. Championship fo sure.

If Lowry re-signs with TOR does it take them out of the bidding for Parsons?
