Who? Raptors, Suns, Charlotte Hornets, Lakers, Rockets to name some who might. Remember, it just takes ONE of those teams.

As far as the Heat improving, there are a couple of facts that may be obvious now: (1) They can't construct a team that is clearly the best team in the NBA and (2) They can't address all of their weaknesses.

Well, no Lebron coming here. They are clearly doing whatever it takes to get Anthony to come there and make a big 4. It's pathetic. The nba continues to produce less competitive teams and condense the talent to just a handful of legit contenders. 30 teams and only about 4 or 5 even have an actual chance to win a championship. 25 others don't have a snowballs chance in hell! WTF is the point of that? The NBA needs to shut the door on a large number of teams including: Milwaukee Bucks, Sacramento Kings, New Orleans Pelicans, Charlotte Bobcats and the Orlando Magic. These small market teams need to just go away and have the worthy talent split back up amongst the other teams and bring the level of competition back up to a reasonable level. There are just too many crap teams out there and too many roster spots to fill and most of them are filled with marginal to bad players that truly don't belong in the league. I think the NBA should seriously consider retracting by 15%. It would make all the difference in the world.

    3. If not the Heat, where should Bosh sign?

Elhassan: Chicago. It's not going to happen, but if we want to go pie in the sky, signing there as a free agent would allow the Bulls to package a Taj Gibson-and-Nikola Mirotic-centered deal in a sign-and-trade for Carmelo.

Haberstroh: Houston. He wouldn't have to carry the load defensively, and there's a need for a stretch four. The Rockets put on the full-court press in 2010, and they'd be smart to do it again. He's that good.

Harper: The Houston Rockets could be a perfect match for Bosh, but I don't think he'd go there. If the Bulls want to make a run at him and amnesty Carlos Boozer while moving Taj Gibson, it'd be a great addition. I don't think he should do this for basketball reasons, but Bosh could do a lot of extra activities in Los Angeles if he went to the Lakers.

Pelton: Houston. The Rockets' search for a stretch four to play next to Dwight Howard won't turn up a better candidate than Bosh, whose addition would make Houston a serious championship threat.

Strauss: Houston. He gets help protecting the rim from Dwight Howard while stretching the floor in the style the Rockets play. I'm not certain he wants to be a third option on offense, but this would really ease his burden defensively.

I'd have Houston #2. If I'm Bosh I'm trying to play in Phoenix and average 20+ again.

Lol Strauss. "He wouldnt want to be a third option"- thats why he plays with Wade and James right?

Although if I was Bosh Id love to play on a team built around me- with a grizzly center to get boards and good perimeter defenders. Just let me focus on scoring.

Maybe they just want to play on teams as good as the ones we saw win titles in the 80's.

Are you kidding me? They are about to make the next 2-4 NBA FINALS AT THOSE SALARIES..... why would Melo want to stay in East?

So if my math is right, assuming they can get 7.5% raises, Wade signed up for an extra $13M over 2 more seasons and Bosh signed on for an extra $23M over 3 more seasons?

    to join them?

On another note...dont' be surprised if Bosh's contract length matches Lebron's. I can't see Bosh giving up that much money. That's crazy. One year? yes. But not 5 years at that starting salary.

I think both Lebron and Bosh sign 1-year deals.

That's a Lowry sized amount of open space. :(
