Hopefully Hollins diarrheas all over himself in the meeting and blows his chance.

The coaching staff has room for improvement but what I don't understand is why people don't think there is at least a chance that they just improve on their own?

Because they're idiots that's why. There is nothing and I mean nothing that can convince me that we have a championship caliber coaching staff.

I’m sure the Rockets have a plan B since it seems they have ZERO plans to move forward next season without help for McHale.

Haha @ McHale, of course he's fine with that. He doesn't want a guy.on his side who can take over any second and not accept his etch-a-sketch play drawings.

Yeah, their plan is to attempt to lure an assistant who's good enough to be a head coach(and likely has been already) in order to cover for McFail's ineptitude. When instead it would've made a lot more sense to fire his sorry ass about 5 minutes after Lillard drained that 3, go out and hire a competent head coach to be the actual head coach, and then let him bring in a staff of assistants.

Instead, we're stuck with McFail and could very likely wind up with no one wanting to fill those two open assistant positions heading into training camp(at least no one decent). Imagine that nightmare scenario. An entire season that resembles this team's collapse down the stretch in April and into the playoffs.

Good God. I hope that sentiment isn't shared by Les and Morey.

Our coaching is weak, it needs to be addressed this offseason.

Hollins is going to land a head job somewhere.

    Sampson's gone.

Assistant Coach Lin will be gone.

If the Rockets don't get a great coach to alleviate this teams lack of a system, call it a season.
