It might not be up to him. The Rockets can get both Love and Lowry without involving the Raptors. As long as they have a framework of a deal to work with Minnesota, this can be done by outright signing Lowry to a FA deal first, then complete a trade with Minnesota for Love.
No he's not. If Lowry is going to leave, Lin is better than any PG who is a FA. We can sign Lowry outright, why would he not take that deal? Lin told the guy via instagram that he thought was on his way to GSW or Toronto. Toronto obviously showed some interest and his agent must know this.

It was on a guy's instagram. He had a picture with Lin and then completely blew up his spot. He met him at a gym in Hawaii. I think he has since then made it a private account.
