I was wondering whether HHH would come in and pull Cena off the ladder to Pedigree him

what were you guys expecting? only two possible outcomes, and one was Cena, one was Orton.

Or they could have given the title to somebody new. Reigns is still too green a worker, but Wyatt and Cesaro could have been good with the belt. Maybe have Lesnar come back with heyman screwing over Cesaro

I'm certainly not surprised, just disappointed. I genuinely want to like the product, I'm not one of those guys that hates everything. But given the dire straits the company seems to be in I was expecting something to change momentum.

But no, back to the same stale crap. Aside from a few individual bright spots, the product is just really terrible right now. I'm done, this is the first show I've watched in a while, and It didn't exactly leave me excited for Raw.

RAW has still been good lately. Steph has made it better. And I love seeing her sexy ass come out personally

Really enjoyed the mitb match and Krusev's match. I spit out my drink laughing when two guys were duking it out on top of the ladder and that's when Wyatt decides to do his crab walk. Way too many people in that match for every one to get their spot. Meh Del Rio got more shine than Wyatt and Cesaro who barely did anything. Cena spent the whole match getting beat up and is cheered for the win?

I know big matches end up being a revolving door of guys hitting specials but have the previous mitb matches been that formulaic?

Feel bad for Bad News Barrett

I thought 3-4 years ago leading into the Royal Rumble with the way they were building him, Wade was going to win it but then he injured his elbow on the final RAW leading into the PPV

Now I think with the way they built him leading into this PPV that he would have won the MITB ladder match tonight if not for injury.

The MITB ladder match lost a lot of steam without him. Rollins and Ambrose were the only two other legit guys in the match. Rollins makes more sense moving forward. Really hated this ladder match. Too many times in this match guys reached the belts stopped and waited 5 seconds looking around for someone too climb the ladder.

    Rusev/Big E was a good match.

Usos/Harper and Rowan was really great. Wish Wyatt's had some gold though.

WWE World Heavyweight ladder match was fantastic. Reigns, Wyatt, Sheamus and Cesaro looked so strong throughout the match. I thought for sure Cesaro had it after that big time uppercut off the ladder and neutralizer on Cena. I get Cena winning it as Cena/Lesnar and Cena/Authority could sell well.

    I guess Battleground

John Cena, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose vs. Triple H, Randy Orton and Seth Rollins

Or Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena (would save for SummerSlam)
    Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton
Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins or Kane

    Usos vs. Harper and Rowan

    IC Title Match

    Cesaro vs. Sheamus

Cena makes sense, obviously it's blah but whoever is champion needs to hold it until Summerslam when they lose it to Brock.

Kane and Del Rio made no sense or had no chance

Wyatt, Cesaro and Reigns need to have their title wins mean something other than as placeholder title winners.

So really it was down to Cena or Orton, which didn't surprise me at all when Cena won.

The stock is down right now and they need a big name for the Summerslam match with Brock to try to get some eyeballs on it (and a crucial time for network renewals/new buyers)...Cena - Brock is as big as they can have for name purposes.h

Obviously would be nice to see one of the younger guys take it but as long as one of them gets the first chance against Cena at Battleground (and we don't get Orton/Cena for the 1000th time), I wouldn't have too much of a problem with it.

So I guess they just want us to forget about Orton's rematch clause? I could see Orton/Cena one more time unless creative forgot themselves.

Well, Cena got a good chance of breaking Ric Flair's record 16-time World Champion.

I can just imagine the outrage when Cena retains clean against Brock at Summerslam.

I don't get how Cena Vs. Brock is appealing to anyone... I hope Seth cashes in soon

I see Cena retaining his belt at the next PPV and then Rollins cashing in and taking the belts. After Ambrose will challenge him and fail and then Rollins(or DB if he's healthy by then) will challenge for the belts come Wrestlemania time

That was actually one of the smarter turns I've seen and one of the loudest "We the People"'s I've ever heard

This is confusing because Swagger was the one who attacked Bad News Barrett and put him out of action. I thought there would be a feud in the future between the two when there's a possible face turn for BNB once he comes back from his injury.
