Wait, this guy is getting paid by ESPN? I've seen steaming piles of **** that have a better understanding of the salary cap, and market value.
I don't see Parsons taking a come off-the-bench, take less money to win type role at this point in his career, especially after the contract he's been on.
The thing about that is the other guys you listed (Thad Young, Josh Smith, Greg Monroe, etc) have ZERO playoff experience, and are far less consistent than Bosh. So yes, Miami will be paying about 33% more to Bosh than they would someone who could give them comparable stats, but that's a price they can live with because he does it on a night-in/night-out basis. The playoffs are a completely different animal, and you need guys that have been there and done that if you want to all the way to the Finals like the Heat expect to do every year.

Those really good alien drugs still shouldn't be enough for someone to make a ridiculous tweet like that.
What? Everyone knows Bird isn't a C. Plus, he's old and has a bad back. I bet he could trade himself and get Indiana a couple of second round picks though.

Interesting tweet from Woj Sounds to me if they aren't satisfied with the moves they could possibly leave? By "they" I am looking more at LeBron This may get extended out longer than planned. Or it's a ploy by Riley to have other teams hold out on getting Anyone as they hope for LeBron and then ultimately sign LeBron at the end using Bird rights
So Lowry's off the table. What does the Heat chart look like? My guess 1. Gortat 2. Ariza 3. Gasol 4. ??? They're not getting any of the RFA so there's no need to bother.
