Seaweed in Galveston?

    OK I'm down here looking right at it, posting from the front deck. Down on the West End the weed is about 2' high and 30' wide by the water. It smells like fresh fish- ish, not too bad. The water is a little rough but swimably clean.

    But in town by the Seawall it is disgusting and unswimable-able. Dirty, ugly and weedy out to 200' offshore. The worst I've ever seen.

    Texas city dyke is pretty clean and nice. White sand and sea weed. One side of the street you are fishing the other fam running around. They had tsunamis when I went so be careful.
