If they offer him the max then I'll be happy for Chandler. He will enjoy his hometown.

Bill Simmons is right. That trade is a head scratcher unless Orlando has something else lined up.

Affalo is a chucker. He had a unbelievable start to the season last year but then just leveled off and disappeared.

That does worry me. I can see Orlando throwing obscene money at Parsons to bring him back home. And if he is made a RFA, then they will be throwing enough money to make Les say "pass".

Wow. Talk about selling low. Good for Denver on getting him cheap- but that team is going nowhere in the West.

Orlando must have something else in mind or they really like Fournier. Maybe they're drafting a PG and moving Oladipo to the 2?

With this transaction, what exactly were the net results of the Howard trade for Orlando?

It's a shame they can't do anything with it. I wouldn't mind seeing Melo or LeBron going there, but obviously that wouldn't happen.

So Orlando is preparing to overpay a second tier star?

Orlando making room to over pay Isiah Thomas and Greg Monroe? Perhaps Lance Stephenson?

I could see that happening. To me this looks like a straight salary dump.

They better not screw up our own plans

I can be happy for Chandler and laugh at the Magic for dooming themselves paying superstar money to Chandler Parsons.

If nothing else, you'd think the magic could get Perkins contract, lamb, and a 1st from okc. Would be better for the magic and affalo

So now Orlando's haul from the Dwight Howard deal is Nik Vucecic, Evan Fournier & Mo Harkless

Depends what happens on draft night, if they draft a SF like Wiggins or Parker... I doubt they'll go after him...
