I don't see anything he posted as indicating that he's going to Cleveland for anything other than vacation. Nor do I see why he would go back to Cleveland...yet. I could see him wanting to finish his career there, so maybe next time he goes into free agency he'll give Akron what they want. Lebron is a durable dude. He'll be a top notch player until he retires.

I'm from there ... I moved away from that hole! ;)

36 years was long enough. Actually born there, lived in Kent. Was there to visit though the week of "The Decision." lol

People were walking around like Zombies the week leading up to that show. You could sense the desperation. No Cavs fan here by any means ... But I felt really bad for that city. He was all they had. Everything.

If he doesn't come to HOU, lol, I'd love it if he went back to Clevesuck. Just so I could hear Colin Cowherd piss & moan.

Nah dude, Melo just left NY and his crappy team so he could join back up with 2 of them... cuz it worked out so well already.. plus he can now play the 3 which he is SOOOOO much better at than the 4 since Dirk has that on lock.. They are REAL players for sure.

scoring Allen for the vet min would be SICK with Lebron.. although scoring a bag off hot garbage would even be awesome with Lebron

Only 84 points scored to end the game? LeBron must've been pissed in that interview.

Simmons says something that is actually realistic? :p

On LeBron - If Wade/Bosh re-do their deals, no way he leaves Miami. I personally think he is gone. I don't see a "realistic" way to restructure those deals that makes that team better for 3 to 4 more years. A restructure may make Miam better for next year, but whatever they do to achieve that will hurt them the following years with Wade continuing to break down and Bosh possibly declining.

That would lock in Lebron to a team that in the next 2 through 3 years has to depend on him primarily and is capped out. For his legacy of multiple more rings, he has to consider another team with younger stars that can absorb him and still field a great supporting cast this year and for the next 3 years minimum.

So when it's all said and done, will he choose to chase 1 more ring with Bosh and Wade, or chase multiple rings with the possibility of say Harden & Howard....or Melo & Howard....or Harden, Love & Howard?

I think Houston is in the driving seat if Morey can make the deals, which he is showing he can do.

Even without being a homer, I can't see how any team can trump Morey's pitch.

Seriously, is there any team in the NBA that can possibly match Howard/LeBron/Parsons/Harden/Beverley? With Terrence Jones as the sixth man? Heck, I don't even think Miami's big 4 would beat that lineup, and that would require LeBron to take a hefty paycut.

Morey should ask LeBron what he thinks that above lineup would do against the Spurs.

Even though Duncan is old, I would be crazy about Lebron or Parsons having to play defense against him. If we got Lebron, I still think we could get Love so Lebron could move to SF, by offering Parsons, TJones plus 4 first round draft picks to Minny...and maybe even a couple of 2nds if it takes it to get it done.

I like Bev/Harden/Lebron/Love/Howard better than Bev/Harden/Parsons/Lebron/Howard. We would find a 6th man. Plus Allen would come and sign probably for vet min to play one more year with Lebron.

Then are you saying that Lebron or Parsons guards Splitter?
