Probably the only food that is a bit lacking in houston. I'd probably go with Romano's on West Grey

The only place I would suggest absolutely staying away from is fuzzy's. They treat every customer like complete **** and the pizza tastes as bad as their attitude

Phoenix and Atlanta make the list seem arbitrary. and yes Chicago style pizza is distinctly deep dish.

lol, and no, NY Style pizza by the slice is the best pizza.

There's an exponential difference in taste when you get a slice vs. a whole pizza from Fuzzys. They are really not good at pizza by the slice there, but they make a great fresh pizza to order when you buy a whole pie.

I've had good service at the Antoine and Westheimer at Fondren locations.

Bottom line, there really isn't any superb pizza in this town. I'm hoping the Giordano's guy from Chicago tries out some Texas locations, like he's done in Florida.

There are at least 3 locations. I imagine the customer service isn't the same at all places. And what are you really looking for at a pizza place? You order the pizza, they give you the pizza. That's about it. It isn't Uchi or something.

Chicago style isn't distinctly deep dish, sorry.

Anyone who has experienced the pizza culture in Chicago knows you can get Chicago-style thin which is pretty popular in itself and IMO is better than NY style.

Oh man just what I needed, had two quick slices of pizza at Brooklyn's in under 5 mins. Quick satisfying lunch, and I'm ready to go back to work!!!

Brooklyn in humble is the best I had.
after that I would suggest Romano's, Frank's, and Pinks.
I didn't like brother's when I had it, too much grease. Star is okay.

    Jupiter Pizza and Waffles (Sugarland)

Recently gave this place a try, was pretty good. Bonus-- they have a good selection of locally brewed draft beer!!

The few times I've been, I've been overcharged by A LOT and then instead of fixing it, they argue with you and yell And are extremely rude. Maybe that happens once, but it happens almost every time I went. I have a friend who ordered $80 worth of pizza there and she was charged $800. She had to get her credit card company to cancel it because fuzzy's would not.

I grew up within walking distance of the place and will never eat there because of how they treat people, on top of making terrible pizza.

This only goes for the bellaire blvd location, idk about the others
