It's easy to talk when everything is going right... but Spurs fans need to get ready to endure trying times. What goes around comes around.
Spurs fans have already experienced more sports success than you and I will ever know in our lifetime. They could never win anything again and their fans will still die satisfied.
I don't see Lakers fans satisfied right now. Most of them just became Clippers fans to ease the drought. Heat fans about to become [x] fans to ease their soon to be drought of titles.
It is never late for the Rockets to make a run for some more Chips while the Spurs will be going through their rebuilding years like the Bulls.m
This is why people hate Spurs fans. They are sore winners. A lot of them do not pay attention all season and then tune in late in the playoffs and still talk smack like they know what has been going on all season. The organization usually wins with class. Why can't the fan base be classy as well? It is kinda funny but what is the point of clear channel putting this up if you have already won?? Was it up during the finals?
They get to talk **** because THEY WON!!!!! You don't talk **** unless YOU WIN!!! It's pretty simple procedure.
This doesn't make any sense. The Spurs have routinely been in the top 3 in local NBA television ratings for the past decade. They watch more basketball down there throughout the entire season then most other cities and teams. I will say that Sours fans have some idiots on their internet message boards but there true fans are just as classy and passionate about basketball as any other fan base I have interacted with. As for the billboards, it's all in good humor dude.
I like the billboards but I guess it means they won't necessarily be going after Lebron. (Not that the clean channel running those ads -- is that right? -- has anything to do with the Spurs management.)
