Resource depletion will not lead to extinction. It's not like there will just come a moment where all resources are gone. What would happen first is scarcity. Scarcity would lead to mass dies offs but not extinction.
I'll go with Nukes. Weather someone actually starts a nuclear war, or nuclear powerplant meltdowns. Spoiler
Whatever the next great big weapon is. We have nukes that can devastate cities with the press of a button. In X amount of years we'll have something that could literally destroy the planet.
In elementary I use to daydream the hell out of class I dunno if it was add doe but lava was pouring thru the hallways and I would climb up the ac vents and hand picked the hottest girls to be saved . Or I could be invisible and hear girls problem and be I could be the one.
