He wont leave miami .it doesn't make sense for him to...as much as any red roc fan would love him to play for us , I just dont see him enduring the backlash from it. His situation in a weak eastern conference is not that bad.He or bosh will opt out and try to add a few more pieces. You get to the finals on a consistent basis, why leave?

It almost looks worse if he keeps getting to the finals and losing.

No way. At least LeBron is the best player in the NBA.

The difference is Lebron is the best player in the NBA. Lin's fan base is so annoying because Lin is a mediocre player whom they think is an All-Star. If Lin was kicking ass then his fans would be bearable because he was helping the team win.

There can be no more... "intense" fan base than LOFs. It can't happen. It just can't.

Plus, you know, it's freakin LeBron freakin James.

So this. If we had Linsanity these past two years, I would probably turn into a lof.

10/1 odds for Rockets landing Lebron on Bovada. They are in 3rd place. Easy money?

    1/6 for Miami
    6/1 for Cleveland.

Yeah, when Lebron only fans say that Lebron is the best player on the team and that the organization should rebuild the strategy around making him as effective as possible, they'd be right.

When the Lin fans say it...well...

Yeah, he said Houston doesn't need a third star. A couple of small moves would be good and we'll be right where we want to be.

Truth is Harden probably doesn't want a 3rd star. I'm not sure he even wanted Dwight all that much.

I'll never get the playoff series against the Blazers out of mind.

When the Rockets offense was clearly being run through Dwight, Harden just didn't play basketball. He didn't act like a decoy, he didn't move without the ball, he just walked up the court and stood around while the rest of the team worked the ball into Dwight to score. It was the most selfish act I've seen since Kobe's "I'm not going to shoot the ball to prove how bad my teammates are" garbage.

What are you talking about?? Harden was the one dumping it down to Dwight every time, man. He broke off plays to dump it down to Dwight.

Without going back to the game thread I wouldn't know the minutes to point you to, but it was happening and I wasn't the only one noticing it.

Harden has no problem passing the ball when he wants to pass it. What he doesn't seem to like is the offense being called through another player.

I think your being extremely biased and letting the loss and his performance overall cloud your judgment of what was really happening. Harden was def dumping the ball into Dwight. They also ran pick and roll to perfection for the first time all season. I don't think Harden has any problem running the offense through Howard for stretches especially if it's working.

Harden was quoted saying Dwight carried the team and we had to play threw him. His body language wasn't great but I don't think it was directed towards Howard or anyone other than himself. The guy is a MVP candidate and made all nba 1st team. I can guarantee he was mad about his poor play not Howard balling.

Harden wants to win, I don't know we're this notion came that he's a selfish player and only cares about himself? He recruited Howard, sure parsons did some sales pitch but when Dwight signed who was the first person he posted a Instagram photo with? Ding ding ding the bearded baller. The guy is 24 with the game in his hand. Hell I even saw lebron give up on his team in the finals and show poor body language. Do we not want him either? I mean c'mon guys and girls these players are human and harden is still just a kid don't forget that.

Hey, I like Harden. I'm not biased against him.

Edit: And I never said I wanted him gone.

    BUT!

He does have an attitude problem. McHale has said in multiple interviews the last two years that Harden has simply refused to do what he was instructed to do on the court. McHale has told him to move the ball in those hero ball situations for example and Harden just won't.

Harden definitely wants to win, but he also wants to be the star and the hero.

If your goal is to actually WIN the Finals and you can find a roster that gives you a better shot at beating a team like San Antonio in a 7-game series.
