It isn't slut shaming in my mind. If a woman sleeps with 3 guys, that's her business.

However, sleeping with 3 guys in the same circle? That's being used (which she admitted) and if I were a friend interested in dating her I wouldn't. Not because I thought she was a slut, but because it would bother me knowing that my other friends all had their turns with her. I'd think about them. Couldn't do it.
