I've had the A.M. Crunchwrap and the regular breakfast taco before and those are pretty awesome. The waffle taco looks gross IMO, but everything else is legit. I'd imagine they are starting to steal a decent percent of the fast food breakfast market.

The crunchwrap actually looks good. And if they tried- they could have made like a huevos rancheros quesadilla or something.

But that would have been too much work I guess.

This is how I feel about it. Why not make like a chorizo and bacon breakfast taco on a flour tortilla. I'd buy that **** up! But a waffle with eggs, sausage and syrup is in no way different from the options we have at the burger joints. Didn't their slogan used to be "think outside the bun"?

It's really not much different than just having a waffle with syrup, eggs, and sausage on a plate. Then, if you want to combine them, you put a piece of each on the fork or make the waffle taco yourself. Not too many people would actually make one...because it's kind of stupid. It's the worst fast food item since the McGriddle.

I rarely eat at Taco Bell but I did the other day having a XXL burrito supreme with a fiery taco. A little later...I had to make a run for the...el bano. Not sure if it was just using too much of the hot sauce with every bite or the fiery taco really fired me up. lol

I could understand Taco Bell moving a more mexican style breakfast offering than this stuff.

Maybe i'm just bias as I don't even think of taco bell as a possible consideration for breakfast food. They're more like a 2 AM trip a la a whataburger or JItB but haven't been to one in like 4+ years

their breakfast sucks. tried the crunchwrap and waffle taco, nothing special.

the best fast food breakfast of all times is the McGriddle.

No sir. This was over a span of week.
Having struck gold only 1 out of 3 times I have given up trying out every part of their breakfast menu lol.

Usually I stick to home cooked but with novelty breakfast items you have to try them!
The sad part was these were all extremely uncreative, had I wished I could have recreated the crunchwrap easily and saved some calories and some money.
The waffle taco was just something that looked creative but really didn't come out as magical as they had hoped.

    Crunchwrap is just:
Steak, eggs, hash brown, tortilla, chiptole mayo, and some cheese.
For anyone who has ever had a Steak & Egg burrito from Jack in the Box, its exactly like that but the steak sucks.

Wow wow wow wow, take it easy there. There's no need to take shots at the McGriddle.

The neatest Taco Bell to me . .. has the misfortune of being across the street from a Taco Cabana

The tortilla Taco Cabana use is worth it by itself.

Definitely worth a try! I've tried the steak one, but they also offer it with beef or chicken

I can recommend the quesorito as well. Good stuff.

Also, the second Taco Bell adds a good chorizo to their menu is the second I start going there A LOT. It would be killer at breakfast time. Love me some chorizo. It's a shame they don't use it.

And for the record, I thought the Waffle Taco sucked.
