I think he was answering the question right above that 'So where was the hound and Arya going after they found out the aunt was dead?'
He had just tried to sell her to the aunt just a few hours prior, they had only traveled 10 miles from the bloody gate . We don't really know what expectations the hound had going forward but I doubt he was just going to hang out with her and become her new dad . They could have been heading to river run in an attempt to cash in with the Tully's ... btw kind of a bummer that the entire season passed without a clue about those 2 brothers ... anyway he did say "big b**** saved you " so that could mean there was something to save her from .. who knows maybe he would try and use her to get back in graces with the Lannisters and get the bounty off his head .. guess we'll never know but she still had value.
Catleyn Starks brothers .. older one seemed to have escaped the red wedding massacre and the other either dead or a hostage
Yea I think you are correct . Edmure is the brother and the other guy was her fathers brother .. seems like he was called blackfish not sure of the real name
Kind of a reach but... What if Jaqen is really Syrio Forel, Arya's dancing master? We never saw him die, he was from Braavos, and if he was captured in season 1, they would've sent him to the black cells (Where Jaqen came from while being transported to the Wall).
Only Edwin was her brother, the older one (black fish) was her uncle. Maybe their fate will be revealed later. Who knows. Sometimes GRRM leaves us guessing like he did with the dancing master.
Given the show's inability to keep the actors of minor characters the same across multiple seasons, I would actually be surprised if they came back with the same actor. The only question is whether they would a knowledge it with backstory, of just play it off like they did with The Mountain and Dannys' mercenary.
So, I saw somewhere that they omitted an important part of Tyrion and Jaime's last conversation. Could someone explain, if it isn't a spoiler?
Well if you rewatch his goodbye to Arya you see that the character changes face before he leaves for good, so the new actor is only seen for a few seconds. So it would be ok if when he came back he was portrayed by someone different.
This is from Grantland, I'll spoiler it but I don't think it's a spoiler at all since this part of the story is over. Spoiler “Does Shae die like that in the books? What was missing from Tyrion’s escape?” Pretty much. The only thing missing was that, in the books, Jaime reveals that Tyrion’s first wife, Tysha, really was a crofter’s daughter and not a w****, as Tywin had told Tyrion. Some may quibble, but I thought the way the show built up Shae and Tyrion’s relationship made that detail not all that necessary.
