Sonofab*tch I need that real IMAX theater. So many people fall for fake/LieMax and not appreciating Edwards. https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=202716790624888865459.000469b6c5915161c3667&msa=0&dg=feature Use this Google Map to see whether your theater is real IMAX or LieMAX.
I go to the LA Fitness there sometimes if I have a flag football game in the area, but other than that, I stay away from there. Watching a movie there sucks because of the riff-raff that talk throughout the entire show.
La Pantera on Clay, Sherlocks on Beltway/Westheimer, some parking lot off Hempstead highway, Bulap near City Center and God willing, Katy, TX.
Went to Brewingz last Friday after work. That place was disgusting and the service was absolutely terrible. Please shut them down. I just moved into the neighborhood behind there, so I hope they revamp the place.
The area right behind it .. . going toward 290 is not the best . . . economy wise so it will always have that issue It will be interesting . . . Rocket River
No one said anything about Mexicans but to be completely honest that's who is running that place into the ground. That place has had nothing but ghetto wanna be's in there area for years now. It's been a problem. It needs to be completely torn down. What's even more upsetting is how Houston can't seem to keep things nice anymore. There is no need for the crap that goes on there.
I go to the movies there a lot. Don't spend much time there except one having drinks at D&B with a friend while waiting for others before a movie. D&B did not seem ghetto to me, it was just boring. Nothing really grabbed my attention. The place seemed dominated by phone games turned into arcade games. The Improv needs to step their booking game up. I swear, it's like the same 5 comedians keep showing up every time I check. How many times can Bill Bellamy, Ralphie May, Earthquake, and Tony Rock come to Houston in one year? At least Anthony Jeselnik is stopping by.
I had fond memories there from early to mid 2000s. Haven't been back since. Sucks to hear it's gone down the toilet.
Never heard of Santikos Palladium IMAX? It's in Richmond. IMO, it's equally as good as Edwards, if not better.
I remember getting a bj in the parking lot after minigolf (that one glow in the dark place) in high school there. Ahhhh good memories.
I hate this theater. I parked one time next to no one and found my hood of my car keyed for no reason. 100 bucks to buff it out. The crowd in general blows. Bunch of thug kids and young parents with their tiny kids up too late. You get no sense of security walking around at night. Have no clue who thinks to have a ton of family things next to "three clubs in one". I would rather pay for parking at Weslayen Edwards.
