    He has proven he can coach defense. Zach Randolph was never that good of a defensive player IMO but the Grizzlies were still a great defensive team. Part of the Rockets problems the last couple of years is players getting themselves out of position that other players abandon their assignments to cover for those players (James Harden).

    I would think that if he can't land a head coaching job, being an assistant for a contender has to be high on his list. I bet we're throwing big money at him.
