I was under the impression the bolded below was true. Just to clarify, I am talking about Jaime being the head of the Lannister house and being in a position to decide to have his House support the Queen and King (his son). The House Lannister is one of the most powerful Houses only rivaled by the Tyrell's (according to Tywin), so it will be interesting to see what happens.
Yea I accidentally read a little about that on a wiki..... Luckily, I got no details but only a vague idea.
But there are apparently ways to get out of your vows besides death. Maybe not though, maybe he is screwed to be a one-handed kingsguard.
That should only be relevant to Jamie. He was willing to quit and forsake his vows again in exchange for sending Tyrion to the Wall and Tywin agreed. If Jamie wants to forsake his vows and continues the Lannister line with another woman, he absolutely can. He just doesn't want to without anything forcing him to anymore. I don't think the "rules" in place really matter to him.
What the hell was up with that masked woman in Qarth who knew all of Jorah's stuff? I feel like too much time has passed for her to be re-introduced, and that's just going to be a mysterious loose end. I've been expecting her to re-surface in a Daenerys scene every episode for the past 2.5 seasons.
I'm still waiting for the re-appearance of Benjen Stark. Either he's a wight or he's a good survivalist?
don't get freaked out, that is not a spoiler but just a theory. There is no proof of that and there is reference in any of the books that Jon Snow might be a Targaryan. It's just a theory based on stuff you already know.
No he didn't. Relentless does not know who Jon Snow's mother is and he certainly does not have any proof that Ned is not his father. His claim is nothing more than a theory based on information that you already know from the 1st four seasons.
Im going to side with the cardpire folks on this one. Its impossible to come to that theory about jon snow without knowing stuff from the books. There is absolutely nothing in the show that would draw any tv only watcher towards that theory. How many tv only watchers even know the name of the theorized father?
Can you guys f***in spoiler the talk about the father of person x? Never mentioned in the TV series, go to the effin spoiler thread if you want to discuss book-related things.
False. You have the same information from the series. The book hammers it home a little harder since obviously you get a lot more time on the back story then you do in the series. All of the facts that the theory is based on has been spoon fed to the watchers in the series if you were only paying attention. But it's still just a theory that is more likely false than true. Clearly not a spoiler.
And it's never mentioned in the books either. Thats why it's not a spoiler and just some guys theory.
Then take your book reader theories to the other thread. I would have never guessed it based on anything in the show so far. I got on here to read about the show and the past 3 pages have been about this crap...next season we need to have a tv thread only. So with Tywin dead that has to open it up for Stannis or Dany to make a play soon on King's Landing. He was the brains behind the operation, wonder how the Tyrells will take the death (considering the deals that were in place). I will miss the Hound and Arya together those scenes were always good.
The Tyrells already had a deal in place with Littlefinger whose becoming more powerful by the moment...
I think what crash5179 is trying to say is that it should not have been posted. However people should not think it is something that is proven, it is one of many theories on the subject, nobody knows if it is true. So people should not think something is spoiled for them. I agree with Crash, people who read the post you can be assured that the guy was just mentioning one of many theories, so do not worry that you are spoiled. That being said there is no place in this thread to post these type of theories. There is no use for them and if you believe this theory you must be a book reader, and not a show watcher, so do not post your theories.
I'm not the one who shared that theory *******. I'm just trying to pull people back off of the ledges who think the show was ruined because someone released a spoiler when in fact they did not.
