    It's rape

    German domination

Pepe being the nutcase and mental r****d that he always is.

    Nothing new here.

This is going to be bad for Portugal. And maybe the US or Ghana depending
on how many goals Germany score.

How much football do you watch? THat is a red card 99 times out of 100.

Diego Costa was a lucky boy the other night.

I'm actually in Mykonos right now. Will probably go there should Germany reach the quarterfinal ;). But we will probably meet Brazil in the semis...and then it's over. Unless Löw finally realizes the error of his ways and leaves Özil on the bench and puts Schweinsteiger in.

To be honest, not enough to compete with the guys who live watching the sport, but more than the average human being.

I didn't see that little headbutt, but its still a quick red. Oh well. Favors the USA.

Also it is a shame that Reus is injuried, than it would be utter rape for Portugal

So is this what happened...Pepe inadvertently hit Mueller in the face while they were running...Mueller went down and was wondering what hit him (might have exaggerated a bit)...no free kick...then Pepe goes back and head-butts the guy who is sitting on the ground? If yes, then definitely a well-deserved red card (aside from the fact that a red card for that jerk Pepe is always well-deserved... :p ).

Usually off the ball incidents like that if caught by the ref are straight reds.

That is not a red card 99/100. That is a caution. For one, play had already stopped. The ref seemed to only have seen pepe's going back and getting in the german's face.

Pepe's reputation should have nothing to do with that be a BS red card.

    The slap/punch was intentional.

For the USA, it's all about beating Ghana. After that point, the picture will become much clearer.

Actually Nekounam is our glue, but we have some young talent coming up. His time is passed and that's why he is in Kuwait. He played 6 years in La Liga for Osasuna so he has great experience to keep the midfield together.

We have Dejagha who is a great winger that plays for Fulham and was part of the German youth teams up to the U21 until he decided to play for Iran's national team. We also have a great striker, Ghoochannejhad "Gucci" who plays for Charlton Athletic as well who was playing for the Netherlands youth teams up to U19 and chose to play for Iran as well. I think both of these guys are going to show up well.

I know if you don't follow them you probably won't know much about the team which is understandable.

It's a clear red card, very common call for getting in the face/headbutting a player.

Getting in the face of an opposing player is a common, clear red card? really? seriously? For Pepe maybe it is, but damn, that ref went overboard.

Mueller overacted in both instances and got pepe to bite.
