not quit... everyone else on the court knew it was over but still hustled. lebron gave up and its despicable. i understand its the same crappy roster situation as cleveland. wade is over the hill and grossly overpaid. bosh is overpaid and not utilized correctly and the bench is crap. that doesnt give him the excuse to give up. JUST IMAGINE the shiit storm that would happen if this was the rockets and instead of lebron it was harden quitting...
The problem with Lebron is he is just not that great as his fans make out to be. Sometimes the game calls him to score 60 to win and he is perfectly content to get his 30 pts and lose. And his fans point out his teammates does nothing to help him. Well, you guys were saying he was a player from another world! There was only one player who was from another world, it was Micheal Jordon. Don't ever ever compare Lebron to MJ, ever again.
LBJ did his part. One man can't carry the team all the time. Other guys have to step up. I feel sorry for LeBron from a basketball standpoint.
did you see him around the 6 or 7 minute mark? he walked down court after a miss on offense, the defense than created a turnover. the entire miami team was hustling down on offense and ended up missing two shots at the rim about 10 seconds later, where lebron had still not even crossed the half court line and was still back at his defensive goal. pathetic. as bad as wade and bosh were this series atleast they were still hustiing and trying. he showed poor character and horrible body language.
LeBron was being more passive than he was being a dominant scorer. Heat needed LeBron to LEAD (like the first quarter) but after Spurs took over LeBron was just looking to pass
Bingo!!! Fans these days are too caught up in the hype machine. They are some of the most misinformed, stubborn, box score followers in sports. They think greatness is jumping from team to team chasing championships every year. Too sad
wade hustling?!??! lol maybe in your eyes. i saw the spurs adjust and nobody else stepped up. give the spurs some credit. 1 guy isn't going to beat a team like the spurs when the other so called "superstars" do nothing
i wasnt talking about the entire game because wade was lackadaisical imo. same with bosh. im talking specifically the series of plays where lebron quit. stopped trying while the team still did
so you're just picking a play here and there to prove lebron "quit"? lebron was the only one playing with any kind of effort for the most part.
How many all stars does lebron need to win a championship???? Not 1.... Not 2......, Not 3........,."
No need to feel sorry man, the heat lost to a better T-E-A-M. Thats what the heat must pay when the roster is built on superstars instead of chemistry.
yes i do considerring it was they're last hope for mounting a comeback. not to mention after the heat missed their offensive shot spurs went down and scored on a lackadaisical lebron. spoelstra called a timeout and lebron never played again. and you could tell he didnt want to. That is quitting on your team. Quitting when the times are tough. There was still over 6 minutes left. plenty of time to mount a comeback. Just no desire to. and by no means do i mean or trying to imply lebron didnt play hard or want to win. because he did. but down the stretch he gave up.
a comeback when nobody else steps up? wade gets his **** blocked at the rim by splitter and bosh keeps tossing up bricks? don't even need to talk about the "others". lebron was still scoring in the 2nd half and nobody else really played hard. 1 man isn't going to wipe away a 20+ point lead.
so just stop playing? i understand shots werent falling and maybe they wouldnt have. probably wouldnt have is more like it. but to not try is sad. if that was harden parsons and dwight. dwight was sucking. parsons was getting his shots bloked and harden was doing good. but walked off with over 6 left to play i would hate him for it. and hes been my avorite player since his thuunder days. Its your ENTIRE season on the line. play it out. put it all out on the line...
