This is such a stupid statement that keeps being thrown around. You can't prove that and it is a baseless claim. People are forgetting that the spurs are just damn good.
Your friend must be an official like myself. Scott Foster has made two questionable calls, both outside of his primary coverage area. The first from the table side lead position when Allen lost the ball (as he was elevating for his shot attempt) and he whistled Parker for contact. Because the defender (Parker) engaged Allen above the free throw line (strong side), the responsibility belonged to the trail official first (as primary), followed by the center official (as secondary). I replayed the action and found that both of them had excellent angles and were directly viewing the play. Scott Foster (as the lead 17 feet away) was stacked by Parker and could not have seen the play. Regardless, he inserted himself (contrary to proper area coverage responsibility) and did not allow his partners to let the play stand as a no-call. Four possessions later, Scott Foster (this time as the trail official) was caught with a delayed whistle (and signaled a blocking foul on Battier) after Davis (as the center official) first whistled a pushing foul on Rashard Lewis. The push came before Battier entered the restricted area. Yet the disturbing issue (for me as an official) was to see Scott Foster once again make a second consecutive call outside of his primary coverage area. As the trail official, he must defer to both the lead and center official since the contact in question occurred in the lane. In this case the trail official had ball responsibility as Manu entered the lane from the strong side, elbow extended. After the whistles were blown, the lead official stepped in, looked at Scott Foster and pointed directly at the trail official -- as if to say "that's his call, let him have it" -- and yet, once again Foster ignored him and assessed the blocking foul on Battier. I will not entertain conspiracy theories, but I will say that Scott Foster is not trusting his partners (specifically, Mark Davis) to call their games. These officials are, by far, the most prepared and knowledgeable the league has to offer. As crew chief, Scott Foster should know better than to circumvent proper coverage area responsibilities. Doing so often makes for a sloppy, uneven flow to the game, as well as mistrust among partners, players and coaches. That is thoroughly inexcusable for an NBA Finals contest.

LeBond has lost more finals than he has won. Somehow, the losses always boil down to teammates .... Jordan knows how to light a fire under their ass. Lebon just content to hang out with friends. I wld rank prime Shaq above him
I feel bad for LeBron. He shouldn't get any hate if his team loses tonight, for teaming Wade and Bosh. It's seriously a Cavaliers situation all over again.
2008 Lakers and Celtics >>> 2009 Lakers and Magic >> 2010 Lakers and Celtics >>>>> 2011 Mavericks and Heat >> 2012 Thunder and Heat >> 2013 Spurs and Heat >> This year's Heat team is a one player train that's carrying two aging and declining superstars and a bunch of invisible role players.
Yup. Heat would have beaten OKC if they went ot the Finals. Spurs are just another level above every other team.
you don't have to reply to that Lebron dick sucker troll, to him, basically when the team win, it's because Lebron, when they lost, it's because others
It's more subjective than stupid. The Heat haven't been a very good team since February. They were fortunate the EC was complete trash this year. The only team since '07 that might be worse was the Orlando Magic.
LOL. Parker GOAT defender on LeBron. Can't believe LeBron passed the ball instead of backing Parker down.
