Indeed that was a terrible foul by the player from honduras. He should have gotten a red card. One yellow for the foul (and standing on pogbals leg) and one yellow for pretending he was hurt. Btw. Disagree. He wasn't even going for the ball. He just body checked Pogba from behind while he had a clear shot at the goal. That's a penalty.
He was shown a yellow card. Since he already had a yellow from previous offense it added up to a red.

even with goal line tech, my eyes are saying it's not a goal. at least from all the replays. the entire ball has to cross the line, right?
In the stadion the machine first said no goal (since first looked at the time it hit the post) and after that it said goal (when it looked at the right time). So it was a bit unclear.
