Costa Rica had horrible mistakes in the first half that would've killed them vs good opponents. It's not that they were terribly underrated, Uruguay is just that bad today. Horrible defense and no creativity. Embarrassing performance given their roster.
I do, but you have to admit they had horrible mistakes in the first half and around their penalty area, great teams would've scored at least two or three times. They are showing great spirit and I applaud them, but this loss is embarrassing for Uruguay, they will be destroyed by Italy and even England if they play like today.

Los Ticos! What a match for those guys. Happy to see CONCACAF playing well. Also, what a dreadful red card in the last two minutes of play. All he had to do was be cool for two more minutes and he lives to play another day. But I guess that's what happens when you're frustrated.
Wow, of course they were. Doesn't change my point though, Uruguay were huge favorites and some of their players are worth more than Costa Rica's whole team. Do I have to explicitly applaud the opponent each time I'm criticizing a team?

I've been watching live games from Europe's leagues, national games, most international tournaments(men and youth) for most of my life. Just stating what everyone who knows the rosters and talent saw tonight, Uruguay played horrible given their opponent and capability.
Finally a ref who was not ****,seriously all of them should be europeans,cause they are used to this lvl Also Forza Italia,Balotelli Gonna solo the Brits.
