This is sort of like "I support OJ becaues he's putting one over on the man" in reverse.

    Ride on, race cowboy.

That's my whole point. I support neither, but to accept what the league of fools is doing to Sterling, and not think about what the other fools said or did in private just felt kind of wrong.

You're trying to make this into a race bait but it is not. I'm no fan of Sterlings, it's just amusing to me watching Sterling being persecuted for what he said in his privacy and by a league full of less than honorable people.

Feel free to play the racepimp if that is your argument!

The guy is being thrown out of the league for generally being a huge embarrassment, a horrible owner, and a nasty obnoxious racist and publicly embarrassing the league.

To acknowledge that racism is involved here is no more "playing the racepimp" or "a race bait" than prosecuting James Earl Ray for assassinating MLK or the movie "12 Years a Slave"

This is going to be awesome. Exactly what the NBA and Stern deserve for not tossing Sterling 10 years ago.

Now we all get to sit back and read the dirty on all the owners and Stern.

Totally agree, the NBA should have kicked that hornets' nest years ago while it was still small -- now it's huge a lot of people are about to get stung.

Exactly how I feel about this.

Seeing Sterling lose it in public so the world can see him for what he is is great. That he wants to sully the league on the way out is even better. I hope he doesn't restrict his dirt digging to racism. Find out where the bodies are buried.

You know what they say. You dig a ditch for someone and you end up falling in it yourself.

    it's a private club.

they can vote out whomever they choose for whatever they do or say in public or in private.

he himself agreed to those terms when he became an owner.

I wonder if Sterling will reveal some dirt on Les Alexander and Daryl Morey. They look like racists.

Is it just me or does it seem like the LOFs have gone overboard lately because of recent developments. Now they're throwing their toys around in a lot of posts that aren't even Lin related?

Quite a few of you shared my sentiment in this thread about the cluster fack known an the NBA. Maybe when Sterling brings the NBA down to its knees and they have no choice but to get their shiet together , perhaps I will start watching again.

Sterling is a man who has been declared not mentally fit.

he will not bring anything down to his knees.

your personal feelings about the state of the league don't matter.
