The season is over, whatever criticism he got about his laziness, he has a chance to redeem. I'll be honest, I'm losing faith in him too but since he's not going to be leaving I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and pray he gets better. Now if he had one year left on his contract I'd be right there with you screaming for Harden to get traded.
**** the Mavs. I was so irate after that 2011 win, and at that time I was rooting for the Heat because I hated Dirk and the Mavs, not because I supported LeBron lol. I was kind of lukewarm after the decision, obviously I'm one of the biggest LeBron supporters in the Dish now. Lol.
You mean to tell me the Mavericks were the 2nd best team in the post season? How is that not funny? Not only that but the Rockets swept the Spurs in the regular season which doesn't mount to nothing. Something tells me only a Texas team can take down the Spurs, now that's funny, lol.

Fair enough. Fans can get emotional but I just couldn't get past the irony of someone claiming to be a fan of the team, praises another teams' superstar while constantly bashing our own players (albeit only a role player). As a fan, I felt Harden was more responsible for our playoff performance than Lin since he was supposed to be the star. But I feel better about our exit now that it's obvious the Spurs are just a better team and we most likely weren't going to win a championship this year anyways. Now I can just enjoy the NBA Finals as a pure basketball fan.
The Heat aren't a super team anymore, Lebron is the lone superstar with an above average supporting cast...not good enough
Someone needs to make a thread asking DM what he thinks about the Spurs. Someones that believes coaching is meaningless should not be a GM regardless of how good of scout/trade maker you are. I never got the hate that the Spurs were boring to watch. How easy is it to score for them, Diaw in this system is like Hayes in Adelmans, he is the smooth operator that makes cuts meaningful, screens effective, and all kinds of basic plays just by playing slower always watching guys move around him. And you know whats funny, the most difficult part about making teams play like the spurs is not the basic principle of the extra pass and moving the ball around, it is managing egos and make star players buy into it, which begs the question, why does no one play like them in this league.
the spurs have also had parker/ginobli/duncan/pop grow with each other and adapt this chemistry for a long time. this isn't built overnight or a couple years like the rockets.
Only a Texas team can take down the Heat. Mavs did it, Spurs will do it, it's up to the Rockets next season in the Finals
Mavericks lost to the Heat in 2006. Mavericks beat the Heat in 2011. Spurs lost to the Heat in 2013. Spurs beat the Heat (it looks that way at least) in 2014. We must lose to the Heat in the finals first before we get that revenge win stompdown.
