Do other countries dive and fake injuries like Brazil? I want to know if this sport is worth watching.
Countries here and there have players that do that all the time. Spain has Busquets, Argentina has Di Maria, etc.
Fred hasn't done **** all game, and he gets a dive call in the box that changes the entire complexion of the match.
Sucks for croatia fans tbh If I was a croatian player I would of drop fred & give him a reason to fall
Wow, never watched soccer before in my life, and surprisingly I was enjoying it...until the call and score by Brazil. Man if people thought flopping and reffing in the nba was a problem, it's 10x worse in soccer.
It's the call they generally make in that situation, but the ref should've let it go after botching up his other calls.
What was the call on the cross there? Did it go out? Did they call a (non-existent) foul on Olic? DId Croatia just get robbed of a goal?
It was called a foul on Olic for interfering with the goalkeeper. Goalkeepers will generally get the benefit of the calls any time they go down. But the ref should've let it play on after falling for Fred's dive.
