Fowler has had a very good year... but he's also come up short at the plate, or made some bad defensive miscues, in some big moments.

Probably would be best to give him a day off and let Springer play CF (presuming he's healthy).

I thought singleton hit lefties better than righties.

Small sample size (20 at bats), but Fowler has been very good with RISP and two outs. He also has a .449 OBP with runners in scoring position (54 at bats).

I thought it was a good at bat, he hit the ball about as good as he could have just got a tough out.

LF and SS are our offensive holes right now. We know Correa is more than likely the answer at SS in 15 or 16, but we have options for LF with Santana and the AA OF who is tearing the cover off the ball. It should be fun to be an Astros fans the next few years.

Small sample size... would be nice if his OBP doesn't overtake his slugging.

I just think he needs a day or two off... hasn't really had one since he had the hospitalization episode at the beginning of the season.

Keuchel, what else is left to say.

Qualls has been money well spent to say the least, ERA down to 1.99
