If you want to go down that path.....

That Spurs photo included three guys which makes it more classless regarding how many are involved whereas the Heat photo only one

the point im making is they're both classless but making fun of a cheap shot from Rio is a bit worse than making fun of lebron being human wheelchaired off because he didn't drink enough gatorade

    in my opinion ofc

    Margin is small
Spurs fans wish they had Lebron and Heat fans wish they had Parker

IMO Spurs fans are still the worst in their arena and in regular season

Hopefully we can move on from AC and terrible fans and just talk basketball.

    LeBron, what can you say...

Spurs need to remind themselves what got them the best record in the NBA and home court in these finals. The Heat are VERY good, but the Spurs ain't scrubs either. Spurs need to play their game and trust in the system that got them there. This is going the full 7 games I feel. These games are just too close to call it either way.

The way I see it...... When Lebron and Wade or Bosh are dominating it is not really close.

When he is doing everything of course there is the chance for the Spurs

The key is that Kawai Leonard needs to step up more offensively. JVG made a great point last night and it's that Leonard was much better in last year's Finals than this year. You can't just run the Duncan/Parker/Ginobilli show all night long.

Although I picked the Heat to win in 6 It seems like we're on pace for the Heat to win in five. I'm not understanding why the Spurs are moving away from their style of play and playing Miami heat grind'em out basketball. If Lebron hadn't gone down in the first game we'd probably be looking at the Heat being up 2-0 going home.

No way this game will be done in 5. Heat played arguably their best game in the playoffs last night and only won by 2. The issue was that Spurs missed too many FTs. This series will go to 6 or 7.

Thank you. I'm so sick of seeing people in this town cheering on the Spurs. If you're a true Rockets fan, you hate your I-10 and I-45(and division) rivals. Granted, there's not much to cheer for with this franchise given their nearly 2 decade-long era of futility, but that doesn't mean you hop on some other team's bandwagon just because they also happen to reside in Texas.

This is a great, great post, but good luck with your request, given 2014 and internet and America and all that. :)

I do think Spo is out-coaching Pop as well. Truly. Green plays well at home and barely saw the court last night. Meanwhile they let Manu, *again*, piss away their chance at the game in the last few minutes. That dude should just not see the court at all once you have five minutes to go. They should replay the games from last year until Pop gets it.

What has to be maddening for the Spurs is that you grind through an 82 game schedule, struggle, push, and fight for HCA and then you lose it on your home court in game two of the finals. Mainly because you miss four consecutive free throws. It's a game of inches.

It happens all the time. It's not unusual for the home team to lose one of the first two games in the Finals. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the last time the home team held serve in Games 1 and 2 was 2009.

What's not being discussed enough, and I'm kind of disappointed Pop not acknowledging it in the post game press conference, is that Spurs were not able to "play their game" in the 4th not just because they just stopped moving the ball, it's because the Heat's D forced them to. When the Heat are pressing like that, switching everything, and playing the passing lanes, it's hard to get the usual ball movement the Spurs get. Give credit to Spoelstra.

I don't think you can really sustain that style of defense for a whole game but it does seem like the Heat can just seemingly turn it up at end of games and just suffocate teams. If anyone can break them, it's the Spurs though. This is a dream match-up. I love basketball.

Missed free throws, and the ball got sticky down the stretch. Sounds familiar.

Bosh has to continue being aggressive on offense.

The problem is if Manu is on he can break down the Heat defense and create for others like no one else on the Spurs. He had 11 assists in game 1. Green had foul trouble which really hindered him. Hurt Manu too.

Manu's defense is extremely underrated too.

Also it was being on my high horse for some weird reason. Just in a happy mood recently. Not down with all the hate haha.
