My sister organized a meet between a CEO and Obama. Her boss got to ride in the cart with the POTUS. The course was fully open to its members that day; however, there was a 1 hole "buffer", if you will, between other golfers and the 4some with Obama. Behind that group were staffers and others "involved" in the meeting who wanted to play. The scorecard was a token of gratitude to my sisters boss.
that's a really cool story to share, I still think the office of the POTUS is one to respect and when a member of the general public gets a chance like yours, you should be very proud, no matter the party affiliation of the man in office. my dad and sister once ran into George Herbert Walker Bush and his entourage in Galveston, and my sister's entire scout troop got a picture with him and all the dads. it is very amusing to see people get upset at the very mention of a guy that they don't like in office.

My band played at the big rally he had here at TC shortly before he was elected. He shook everyone's hand and posed for a picture with the entire band. He even mentioned us by name in his speech - check the transcript in the thread, if you can find it. Only problem for me was, I actually missed the gig because I was on my honeymoon.
Robert Trent Jones golf club. They wanted to keep the scores private for at least a little bit. I ask my sister if it is cool to show the non blocked ones :grin: For now all I will say is Obama shot better than the 2 higher scores and worse than the 81.
