    No need to get so riled up. I've said this countless times on this site- bigtexxx is a character, and a well-committed one. His role is to irritate the masses and provoke anger. To that end, he is very successful. The sooner you realize this, the more enjoyable it becomes to ignore his desperate attempts for attention. I think it has become evident over the years that he never went to Rice, is not wealthy, and is not a super conservative bigot. If anything, he is a contrarian. Or to put it in today's vernacular, a troll. So just ignore him and move on.

    More importantly, GO COOGS!!! While it sucks that we got screwed out of hosting, the silver lining is that it will be that much sweeter to beat them in their own house. I hope those of you going to Austin this weekend to support the Coogs will have signs requesting more bleachers :cool:

    He's their coach. Only the all-time winningest coach in NCAA baseball history. He personally has four more CWS championships than Rice does as a program.

    UT guaranteed the NCAA $90K more than UH for a 2 game series, $50K more if it goes 3 games.

    Rooting for the Horns, but a UH win will not be disappointing. Guaranteed a rooting interest in the CWS (which is a great experience if you can ever make it).
