I've gone from Spurs to OKC to now deciding that this series is a complete toss-up.

Sorry OKC fans...Spurs will take the next one.

Not a knee jerk, just some observations on the adjustments made by spurs + demoralising loss even with Ibaka + no other new reinforcements coming in for game 6 for OKC + Spurs better rested with only 1 day rest between games +Spurs players will be more determined (especially Parker who had an avg game today) to keep up the intensity after a blow out win (compared to game 3).

Usually I would agree, but the level of dominance by each team in this series has been quite remarkable

Look that's the difference between championship vs losing in the conference finals.

His PER dropped 7-8. That's huge. It's expected you should drop off b/c the playoffs are a different beast, but that's a huge drop off. That's like going from Lebron's level to James Harden (which wasn't bad in the regular season). But you can see how historic Durant was. If Durant was at his regular season level, OKC would be comfortably in the Finals right now.

He hasn't shot near 50% in any of the series, and he's taking 2+ more shots a game. His 3pt shooting has dropped off considerably and he's taking 2+ more shots there. And surprisingly, his FT shooting has plummetted and he's taking 1.5 less FT attempts. So overall he's scoring 2+ less points while taking 2+ more shots.

He has to be regular season Durant for OKC to beat the Spurs. Simple as that.

Whenever I think of the Spurs, particularly this series, it's this.

    They'll win out whether it's 6 or 7.

the thing is... there is no team on the west playoffs who cant play... unlike the regular season where the sixers of the world, make his stats look greater than they already are.

I have absolutely no idea what to expect tonight. Will it be the one close game?

Yes, and I'm thinking the Spurs will win.

They know Miami clinched a spot in the Finals. They are well aware that they should have won last year. They've been wanting a rematch ever since last summer. If they lose tonight, they play on Monday and get just a 2 day break before Thursday's Finals. Win today and they get 5 days. The Heat will be well rested, and the Spurs need to be as well.

Reggie Miller is just a useless, hopeless commentator.

It's incredible; the Thunder having a hard time with their offense without Westbrook. But Westbrook went stupid and starting hogging late in the 1st.

If he could only control his game a bit he would become their best player.

Oh yeah, giving Fisher big minutes is a GREAT strategy….for the Spurs!

Spurs aren't even running a proper offense.

In the last two series, the Thunder have been WB's team and not KD's. They are lucky he has stepped up and embraced the role.

If WB could tone down his worst tendencies, he would be an MVP candidate himself.
