If I'm bulking or do a really long workout (tennis, basketball long games for example), then I may get above 3000. In general though that is a lot to eat. It's hard as hell for me to eat that much unless I eat complete crap all day.
Last month, I lost 13 lbs in about 7 or 10 days. Went from 150 to 137. I got my weight back up to 140. Diet of women problems.
LOL, at the moment I'm working hard to eat 3,000 but no less than 2500...... Trying to gain weight as I continue challenging myself and work out........ Ugh.....
I know I eat more, but not sure by how much. If I didn't clear it, I would just run out of energy in the day. Two-a-days are killers.
I find when I hit 190lbs, I feel very sluggish and feel like an obese person looks. This forces me to cut back. Over the last three months, I have been battling this line and it sucks. I want to get back to the 170's so i can go back to eating whatever I want.
Was eating in the neighborhood of 3000 up till 2 weeks ago. Since then, about 1500. I've lost 15 lbs since then on the way to losing 150 (hopefully).
Had the Monterey Melt meal from Whataburger for a late night meal. 1830 calories of **** went into my system and it was sickening. Definitely exceeded 3000 in the last 24 hours.
unless this is roll bread, i hope you have great metabolism or on a bulk... otherwise you must be hefty. i've been cutting at ~1800 cals/day for the past 6 weeks.
Do you just eating or consuming? I easily eat <3000, but man alcohol adds up quick. Will lower my tolerance within 2 weeks.
