CPS wouldn't open an investigation just on that picture alone -- someone filed a formal report with additional information that required CPS by law to open an investigation.

 

Dont see the ruckus with the picture and think race has something to do with it. Just a couple of guys hanging out on the same bed but can't because ones 7 years older?? My son has sleepovers and his friends share a bed --- should I be CONCERNED??

 

Race, if anything, probably makes it less suspicious; like that Duke lacrosse thing.

You can give me definitions all you want, but they way you used "were where [sic] CPS" is still incorrect. CPS is a proper noun, whether collective or not, about ONE entity, not many people.

You don't say "The FBI are" or "The United States are", do you? Learn proper subject and verb agreement, man.

It doesn't matter what they look at, their facial expressions, or their pose. A timer can be set to long time, and to snap more than one photos.
