Cuban doesn't need to make headlines to prove he is an *******, everyone already knows.

Walk through the unknown? The best way to handle yourself in a situation like that is with confidence. If you make eye contact or just say hello to a stranger walking past you can easily shake up a possible targeting. Letting people around you know that you are aware is more effective than acting paranoid and making them notice your weakness. Cops do this all the time.

Clutchfans can't handle real talk like this. Everyone, in their honest heart, has impulses based on a person's appearance. Stronger people are able to ignore that impulse and give people the benefit of the doubt.

However, screw Mark Cuban. He's a brat who fell into a ton of money, and now the world is his playground.

People aren't willing to hear the truth if it's not PC.

Unless your statement is 100% in line with what is accepted, best to keep those thought's to yourself.

    an umbrella or a raincoat.

wearing a cotton hoodie does not protect someone from the rain. They would still be extremely wet. A hoodie might be the dumbest thing someone could wear in the rain.

I'm not scared of the thoughts and prejudices of a hypocrite like Mark Cuban. He sounds like a cry baby wuss.

The truth is some people are wussies and others aren't.

This. Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians are not immune from it but since white folks were the slave owners in this country they are held to a higher "racial standard".

Hoodies didn't become popular because they protected you from the rain or the cold.

Their association with looking hard is undeniable. How many rappers have publicity shots with the baseball hat on with a hoodie pulled over it where they are making that "move out of the way if you see me coming" face.

It's a convenient way to help obscure your face and cast shadows and look tough.

Also, to the poster who said someone who wants to rob you will just cross the street. That's true in some circumstances, but not most. Most people looking to rob someone are looking for a quick hit. They don't want to cross a street and have some ordeal where they are chasing you down. They want you to be right next to them so they can grab you, get what they want while you are scared stiff and then be gone before anything can go wrong.

Is that what you really think? That's what you get from seeing rappers wear hoodies? I swear that they are real questions...no condescension whats so ever.

Does Cuban realize that the white guy with shaved head and tattoos will see him as 1 of those "Jews" that pays subhumans millions contributing to genocide of the Aryans? He doesn't know hardcore shaven head 14 word politics then.

Agreed. I'm sick of this PC crap. Yes, if someone's walking down the street wearing a suit and tie, I'm probably gonna feel less intimidated by them than some dude covered in piercings and tats.

No, honestly I think rappers wear hoodies and make stern faces for publicity photos because they are protecting themselves from a light rain. :p

Yes, of course that's what I believe. That doesn't mean all people who wear hoodies are trying to look hard, but that is absolutely why a lot of people do. Go on facebook and look for pictures prior to the Trayvon situation and check out what people are doing in pictures with hoodies on. They lift their head up a little and get that "Yeah, I'm hard" look, even if they mean it as a joke.

i was trying to make a joke and wanted to add more to it but of course, we can't edit post on clutchfans.

tattoos are not even taboo anymore in modern america. the biggest nerds have tattoos. hipsters have tattoos.

the most notorious gangsters ever wore suits yet nobody fells someone in a suit is menacing or scary.

people need to stop being brainwashed by played out stereotypes. not everybody thinks in such ignorant ways. he's entitled to his ways of thinking and other people are entitled to criticize it.
