    Well... yeah.
The entire NBA is about matchups. I guarantee Rockets would not be getting blown out if we played San Antonio.

And I guarantee Pacers would have been knocked out of the first round had they played any single team from the West.

So it looks like Dallas is the second best team in the West.

Texas teams are Spurs Kryptonite. It's just how it is. It's rivalry, it's competitiveness, it's a Texas thing I can't really explain.

Westbrook is a cross dresser. Those outfits scare me.

The threat of Dirk @ the 4. It forces Duncan, Splitter or Bayne to come out and contest the outside shots. That's why Rox need a super tall stretch 4 or 5 to compete. Miami has Bosh and OKC used to have Ibaka.

Spurs getting better every series in these playoffs. They are peaking just in time for the finals. If the Pacers manage to scrape in to the finals...Spurs will win easily. Miami can beat them, the psychological scar from last year must still play in their minds...and Miami have many clutch players that can be dependable when things get tight.

the mavs were the best defensive team the spurs played so far in the playoffs and even they weren't that good defensively.

What could possibly have Durant and Westbrook laughing on the bench?

What scares me is how they weren't even like "look at this waaaaacky outfit". They talk about it like we're legitimately supposed to admire him for his stylishness.

i don't know why anyone would want to see the pacers vs spurs in the finals (other than a spurs fan).

that would probably be the worst finals since 07.

LBJ needs to step up big time this year. Spurs are too good. About time they win it all.

This is the second time Durant and WestBrook watch the rest of the game on the bench this series.

Good grief, is Ibaka THIS important to OKC??? When he went down I didn't like the Thunder's chances in this series but OKC looking like they don't belong in the same building as the Spurs at this point. Although Thunder have the two best players in this series, Spurs showing once again how important team ball and good coaching is. I firmly believe at this point that even though the Rox swept Spurs in regular season, they would have likely returned the favor and swept the Rox if they got past the Blazers.

Dude can shoot a mid range jumper as well as defend. I think Ibaka has 3 point range if left open. So you can imagine he's not only a traditional power forward that rebounds, block shots, and dunks but is kinda also a stretch 4.

They don't have a jump shooting big.
They don't have a big that is versatile enough to stop penetration consistently as well as close out on kick outs.

I thought a tougher front court would be the Spurs' achilles heel but Adams, Perkins, and Collison are not producing at all. They are getting laughably demolished and the only reason they even score a little bit on offense is naturally because of the focus Spurs are putting on Durant and Westbrook. Nobody can create their own shot in that starting lineup outside of Durant and Westbrook and right now they are failing big time. You have to pass to beat the Spurs. There will be a game in this series where Durant and Westbrook will hit their tough contested shots. That game will be a fluke win.

Hell the only reason we beat Spurs in the regular season is because James Harden just went off in the fourth quarters. He hit the tough shots the Spurs gave him. He's a Spurs killer for whatever reason.

Dwight and Harden would give the Spurs fits. Harden can drive, shoot, and most importantly he can FACILITATE. Something Durant and Westbrook just aren't good at doing.
Howard would dominate in this series.

We might still have lost, but it wouldn't have been because our two stars just flat out didn't show up.
    Matchups man.
