I want some trades. I was targeting morris in 8th, Damn Tizzle.

Looking to shake things up, I'd prefer trading redick/vucevic but everyone is available.

I'm down for the ways as well.

    PG - Rajon Rondo
    SG - Aaron Afflalo
    SF - Chandler Parsons
    PF - Ryan Anderson
    C - Dwight Howard

    Bench:
    DJ Augustine
    Vince Carter
    John Henson

One of the best balanced teams so far. A ball distributing, ball hawking, rebounding Superstar point guard in Rondo, a defensive specialist that can also light it up in Afflalo, the NBA's sexiest man, the best Stretch 4 to surround the Best Big Man in the League...with Vinsanity coming off the bench? Wowsers.

On offence you know that Rondo is going to hit his man in the right spot, on time, at the right time...but unless he's driving to the basket, he can't hit any shots. The pick'n'roll with Howard would be a work of art, but Dwight's post up plays wouldn't be as effective as Rondo's man would double down, basically daring Rondo to shoot it. He also is horrible at the free throw line. (This is why I can't understand Clutchfans infatuation with him, plus he's injury prone!) but he does play great defence.

Afflalo playing with the man he was traded for, in Dwight, is a great compliment to this team. Can shoot the three, can drive to the basket & when he's motivated he will play lockdown D. Nice pick up.

I love Parsons. Yes his defence has slipped a little, but that's on our coach's everyone in the league loves this kid. He's 6'10", runs the floor like a gazelle, is super athletic, handles like a guard & will knock down that 3. We are so harsh on him in the GARM, but the truth is he averaged just under 20ppg in the playoffs, (16 in the regular season) and shoots the three at around .370, love this guy.

Ryan Anderson is the best stretch 4 in the league and a perfect compliment to this team. Allows Dwight to control the interior, while letting the guards do their thing driving to the basket. Love this guy.

    Dwight...26ppg 14rbd 3blk in the playoffs, 19ppg 12rbd & 2blk regular season. Simply the best.

On offence you know what you'll get (unless Milk Hair is coaching)...plenty of pick'n'roll, drive & dish, a few post ups and open 3's.

On defence, the perimeter D is amazing, Ryan Anderson isn't the best defender, but gives a lot of effort...but with Dwight back there teams will think twice about driving.

The chemistry is great...when your weakest position is Rondo or Afflao, then the team is pretty strong.

DJ Augustin is a head scratcher, but Vince Carter & Henson are tight picks.

    Offence: A+
    Defence: A+
    Chemistry: A+
    Inside scoring: A
    Outside Scoring: A+
    Inside defence: A
    Perimeter Defence: A+

Overall: Super Solid A ...nearly A+

    PG - Chris Paul - 18,668,431
    SG - James Harden - $14.728,844
    SF - Pj Tucker - $884,293
    PF - Serge ibaka - $12,350,000
    C - Miles Plumlee -$1,121,000

    Bench -

    Ricky Rubio
    Jared Sullinger - $5,367,840

That Backcourt!!! Serge Ibaka!!! ...but Miles Plumlee??? Ok he's athletic, grabs a few board & can block some shots...but Miles Plumlee?

The best backcourt so far. The no1 point man with the number 1 Shooting Guard. The frontcourt trio has plenty of defence, but offensively it's a bit 'how ya goin' mate.'

In saying that if they run & gun like the Clippers, then Serge & Miles can finish on the break to get their points. Serge Ibaka can pick'n'roll or pop for that mid range jumper with Paul & Harden doing the ball handling.

That was enough to get the Clippers to the Playoffs, but not to the Championship.

PJ Tucker can knock down that 3 and he plays excellent defence. Both Ibaka & Plumlee can block shots. Chris Paul is one of the best defensive guards in the league and Harden is a defensive juggernaught! Ok, maybe not...but he is serviceable on that end, could be very good with better coaching.

The offence is backcourt heavy, would really rely on Paul and Harden to get most of the points, the bigs getting points from the pick'n'roll & Tucker getting kick outs from the drive & dish. The Defence is top notch, but you have to put the ball in the basket.

A strong team, but I'm just not feeling it. The chemistry is there. Could be 'the poor man's Clippers' with a better backcourt. I like Ibaka, I understand Tucker...but Plumlee? He would be a double double guy if he played more minutes I guess...but Plumlee???

You can never count out a team with Chris Paul & Harden tho.

Rubio also decent defender & has the ability to pass the ball, but he makes Rondo look like Ray Allen!!! Sullinger is not a bad pick up off the bench.

    Offence: B+
    Defence: A
    Chemistry: A
    Inside scoring: C+
    Outside Scoring: A
    Inside defence: A+
    Perimeter Defence: A-

    Overall: B

You can't pick a player if it puts you over the cap.
