Thanks for the civil answer. My feeling is that Love is at least a great fit with a non-pick-and-rolling Dwight. Harden, not so much. Remember how he and DH12 appeared to argue about their respective roles during the Blazers series? In addition, Beard was actually a detriment to the team in that series, a giant negative. Considering all that, I would say it's a better risk to get Love.
The refs wasn't calling that foul for him anymore in the playoff's. They allowed the Blazers to hack the mess out him.
let's make Houston a super team with Kevin Love, Rajon Rondo , Harden ,Howard ,Carmelo Anthony to take on the Heat to win a ring now...
Couple of my tweets tonight on a possible 3way deal with MIN HOU BKN. 3way - Ask+Lin > BKN. DWill+Dmo+TJones+Picks > MIN. Love+Negative Filler > HOU. Parsons stays BKN dumps contract. MIN: star+young assets/picks. Rockets: Love+keep CP+stay over cap for MLE
Can someone do a Photoshop of Kevin Love, Rajon Rondo , Harden ,Howard ,Carmelo Anthony play together on the Houston Rocket team.
A wiser man told me, "some people never learn". Harden was responsible, mostly, for our recent first round exit. You have clearly not learned any lessons from that if you think I'm a troll.
I don't think the Wolves will listen to any offer from us that does not include Howard or Harden. Asik, Parsons, Jones, Lin? Fa'getaboutit! Doors will close in our face. Love's PER is better than both of theirs. He us arguably in the top 3 in the league in production.
This is something that looks realistic. In this I can see everyone gaining something. Not that BKN really need Asik, they have Lopez, but they could probably dump Lopez too, if they can get Asik to sign a cheaper contract than that of Lopez.
I would not be too sure about that. Keep in mind that, basically due to Minny stupidity, Love has the keys in his hand. Minny has very little leverage in this trade. It is mainly dependent on what Love wants.
So you admit that you have learned nothing from our recent first round exit. You can call me anything you like, but you are proving to be someone who never learns. What does that make you?
Harden is 24 years old, get real. He had a bad series. We don't trade the damn guy away for that reason. Although he may be nearing his peak talent-wise, we all know he has so much room to mature and round out his game. It would be a franchise-killing move to trade away a player of his caliber, only for him to change his attitude and lead his new team to rings. Morey isn't as stupid as Presti. Oklahoma City hasn't won jack since Harden left.
I want to apologize a bit to bobloblaw. I did mention Lin in my first posting several pages back. However, the rest of the above message stands.
Kevin Love is 25 and every bit as good and valuable as Harden, if not more so. Harden has had a bad series offensively. And two bad years defensively. He may get better. He may not. But this data has to be factored into the projection. Houston also hasn't won jack since Harden arrived.
Since when does 1 occurrence of a terrible series constitute a trend? Not only that, a trend so highly correlated that it merits completely overshadowing most everything else and the end resultant being a permanent negative. Logic is terrible, attitude is terrible man. I understand you are still upset, but you are better than that man.
Interesting, but what will Minny do with Dwill AND Rubio? Besides that, I really doubt they want to be stuck with his ridiculous salary.
