In other news, Feng Changshun of Beijing has mysteriously disappeared and the lawsuit has been withdrawn. Calls to Feng Changshun have not been returned.

That is not the American way, you sue the rich first!

Yao Ming's net worth is around 65 millions+. We only paid Lin $5M + $5m for the first two years and still owe him another $15m!

But this is Clutchfans, we will sue Lin now! Poor Lin!

Rumor: Feng Changshun has been sighted in Palo Alto, CA, home town of Jeremy Lin. Feng may be in the Witness Protection Program.

I laughed really hard at this phrase.

It's a weird concept to me. I reckon this guy would sue Jared if he didn't lose 100 pounds eating Subway too.

I honestly do think celebrities have some responsibility to choose endorsements that aren't going to harm people - but this doesn't sound like that kind of scenario at all; Yao didn't endorse the product but the company in general.

Makes me wonder if anyone has ever tried Drunken Shrimp and got sick from "eating the head" based on Yao's peer pressure insistence
