No way. It's 'process cheese' according to the FDA. I prefer gruyere or horseradish cheddar on sandwiches.
It's cheesy, but uses milk substitutes. I don't mind it if it's melted, but it's gross on a cold sandwich.
Only processed cheese I really like is Easy Melt white, and that's only for queso, even then I add a good bit of real cheddar/jack. But if I'm eating burgers at someone else's place, I won't turn up my nose at a slice.

Works great on cheeseburgers/grilled cheese. Ain't a substitute for a quality cheese like smoked gouda, gruyere or even brie.
Not cheese. But, I do get a nostalgic delight from unwrapping it, folding it in half 4 times, and then eating it in tiny squares.
