This is a thing of beauty.

I only can wish that it had been a sweep

exactly. thats the toughest part about playing the spurs. theyre not going to give you anything extra to motivate you or give you juice. they don't even talk to you. you just have to out-execute the spurs.

I think they did at least give a **** that first game. They had their complete line up healthy and Duncan/Parker who played really well that game played more minutes than their average. Rockets pulled it off with Harden beasting and some clutch plays. Pops blew his top off when Harden hit a clutch 3 late. I don't think the Rockets would've beaten the Spurs in the playoffs (clearly) but we would have at least been more game than the Blazers and probably take to 6 games.

Wow Sugar K. Wish Parsons could play defense like him.

Danny Green getting his shooting form back is a dangerous sign for OKC/Clippers

Jesus Christ, Portland is getting demolished. Not only that, it makes the Rockets organization that much sadder because we got a long way to go until we reach elite status.

I think there were some legit matchup issues that could have made the Rockets a tough out for the Spurs under the right circumstances.

However, with Beverley hobbled, with Harden doing whatever the hell he was doing for the last month, and with McHale's best shot at an adjustment being "have Harden guard centers", the Spurs would have utterly annihilated us. Sorry.

The rockets would have taken it to 6. We matchup better than Por does.

Reggie has such a hard-on for Portland. Annoying.

I don't think so. The key being that is because unlike Portland the Rockets have a bench to match with the Spurs. I still don't understand why Clutchfans want to get rid of Lin when he's our freaking Bench!!!! If we can somehow snatch Rondo and keep Lin at the bench and have a competent coach, I can guarantee you we can take the Spurs in 7 games.

He loves his one dimensional 3 point shooters. Lillard is a carbon copy of Reggie just smaller.

Rockets is a better team than Blazers, we led them more often than not in our series, we just executed poorly during clutch time and very poor in keeping leads....is that on the coach? players? I don't know....I just hope, really hope...both coach and players grow up during this off season. I also don't think our team direction was the right one i.e. relying too heavily on Harden for offense while everyone stands around. On top of that playing him 40min+ and expect him to play top notch defense or insert a player to make up for his defense because our coaches only trust our offense with him on the court.....i hope they make the right adjustments

It's also quite simple why we lost to Portland? Defense and we couldn't contain Lillard. Having Rondo in our line-up would not only eliminate that but our bench with Lin would demolish Portland in 5 games. So me personally, this off-season do whatever you can to get rondo.

Pop took out Leonard when he tried to ISO in one of the games

Imagine if he saw Parsons ISOing I mean whatever he does . He probably would try & trade him.the next day
