Yea... Just like they were a good one two punch last year. Lol... You better pray they don't trade Dre. But I believe the damage has been done.
If Johnson decides to pull a Barry Sanders, then that is his prerogative. I don't blame him, being a competitive athlete, for being tired of the grind and the constant losing and organizational ineptitude. Johnson works for a crappy company/team as far as wins and losses go. They pay tremendously well, but now he is deciding if working for this company is worth the money, the grind, and the additional damage to his body. He just have to live with the fact that he passed on his chances to enter free agency and get out of Dodge while he could. Either retire or just show up and get paid while you wait to get cut. He and the Texans owe each other nothing beyond what is stipulated in their contract with each other. Too bad for Johnson he can't cut the Texans!
They were a good one two punch last year, and they'll be a better one this year. I'm not sure what you expect rookie WR's to produce, but 800+ yards is pretty awesome. Why would I "pray" that they don't needlessly trade a guy under contract? Should I also "pray" they don't trade JJ Watt too?
Nope. "WE" need to pray that this organization gets it's 5h1t together so that J.J. will stay. I'm sure he doesn't want to waste his career away like Dre did...
This organization has a history of taking care of their players, especially those who are loyal, there's no concerns of Watt going elsewhere. Just because Andre Johnson is having a temper tantrum about having to deal with a new head coach that won't kiss his ass like Kubiak did is no reason to write fan fiction about Watt leaving....hell it's no reason to write fan fiction about Andre being traded.

Well pimpn the Texans should have drafted Wilson back then. Yes he managed the game well but who seen that coming. If teams knew he was going to be this good , they wouldn't have passed on the youngster. Now as far as Fitzpatrick, BOB might be able to get the best out of him . We shall see . Seattle coach has gotten the best out of Wilson that is why he has managed the game so well thus far.
He wanted P. Manning but thanks to the organization and its blind faith in Kubiak's trust in Schaub. Lol now the best player in our short franchise history wants out.
Could you imagine Peyton and his "audible into better situations" tendencies jiving with Gary "I know they have our playbook and formations memorized, and know the plays we are running before the snap, but no adjustments needed we just have to battlefight more" Kubiak? It could have went well, or, because we are the Texans - it would have been a disaster.
People keep repeating this really foolish line and I don't know why, Peyton chose to play in Denver, Houston never had a chance. I think people confuse what happens on message boards for what happens between GM's and players and it should stop.
If ALL of my posts made a lot of sense, I'd be making money writing about sports. I'll take some or even most of them making a lot of sense as a good thing.
I suspect this is just Andre's way of saying. Hey, rookie coach, you can't just come in here and tear down the accomplishments and contributions certain team players and coaches have made as if they mean nothing. Andre knows who he is what he has done for the franchise and wont be broken down like just any rook that just stumbled in. I typically can not get behind the 'you owe me', or 'I've earned special consideration' mind set. However, I just don't believe that's what Andre is about. He has always been a team player and I suspect he just thinks B'ob and the controlling individuals can do with a reminder.
To bad this organization doesn't have a history of winning. And that's probably because they've been too loyal and too generous with coaches, GM's, and some of these player.
Where did you get that? Unless you think Bob Allen is lying, Manning's dad told people that the Texans were his first choice. Bob McNair said they weren't interested and never contacted Peyton. http://houston.cbslocal.com/2013/12/18/texans-passed-on-peyton-manning/ http://blog.houstontexans.com/2012/...-why-texans-not-interested-in-peyton-manning/
I heard those rumors, but I find it hard to believe that he would have picked the Texans since they didn't have as much to offer. Either way, it's irrelevant because despite having a better team, the Broncos don't have anything to show for the Manning era and I highly doubt the Texans with a lesser team after having to make cuts to fit Manning on the team would have gone anywhere either. Given the state of the O line, Manning would have been a fool to pick the Texans.
