    1. Whether McHale had a great deal of saying on Sampson, we do not know.

    2. Never said it was Les' decision on Lin. Only stated Les influenced on upping the poison pill, which might or might not be true.

    3. The only error made was hiring Sampson as defensive coordinator. By adding a multiple DPOY player, Rockets D was barely better than last year. This happened when Sampson was still here. Why blame it on Cooper when Sampson implemented no defensive scheme/system when he left? Team defense do not just fall apart without a system.

In any organization, everyone is expendable. Someone leaves, company functions normally. A well run company I shall add. Something is seriously wrong with the team if one of your assistants quit and the defense fell to pieces.

He was Pop's defensive assistant for a long time. I'd be happy to bring him in. God, the GARM is in full meltdown mode right now.

So basically 80% of what you said in your first post is false?

As far firing Cooper goes, did you want them to keep him? Would you like them to retroactively fire Sampson? .... The Rockets had two coaches that primarily handled defense last year .... Both are now gone.

Sampson and McHale have a relationship going back over a decade, Bickerstaff and McHale have a relationship that is nearly 15 years old.

Please enlighten me how you came up with that 80%. My statements carried as much truth as yours. Why don't you lead by example before you criticize others for theirs.

They should've fired Sampson way back in December.

This team's execs continue bone head decisions..why would hire a guy that the cavs don't even want?..we made that mistake once by signing "the great casspi himself"..why expect a different result lol

It's been in full meltdown mode since we lost. It'll blow over eventually...I hope.

This post goes beyond the absurd, into fantasy.

If you want to rip Morey, feel free, but don't make up stuff.

I think I would seriously prefer they clean house and bring in Bill Cowher or John Gruden.

Or just make Clutch the Bear the coach.

    The board has gotten absurd.

The Rockets overachieved this season with only 3 starters on the team.

It's times like these where I wish I predicted March Madness correctly and took home the $1billion, so I could buy the Rockets and have the satisfaction of going to that meeting in Florida and saying thanks, but no thanks Kev.

I hope they interview multiple candidates for lead assistant, but if he's the best available I'm fine with it.

The Cavs improved from among worst in the league, to mediocre on defense. He also served under some excellent coaches and is decent out of timeouts, so he can help us there.

If they bring in Mike Brown as a defensive lead assistant, a guy like Bruce Bowen as a special assistant to help our biggest problem, perimeter defense and some 3&D guys (and perhaps a better defensive PF); and I'll be happy with that.

If they don't go to at least the second round or further next year (especially if we get a third star), they may need to clean house and get a new coaching staff depending on how our season plays out.

A partnership of Milk Brown and Milk Hair, my goodness. Next thing you know Milk D'Antoni is available for offense. Oh wait....

I love how people can pull a number out of his rabbit hat and on top of that, doing the exact same thing they are criticizing others of.

It's only a true statement if you were in the inner circle when Sampson was hired.
What error did he make? Provide link.
Such a vague statement. Only people who understand the health of any relationship are the one who are involved.

I say 99% of your 3 previous posts came out of your poop chute.
