I'm happy for T-Mac. There's no shame in going back to the game he loved from the start. I wish him nothing but the best.
If he's happy, good for him, but at the same time, it's actually kind of sad though, from a MVP caliber player to resorting to playing in China and now an Average Joe baseball league. And it's not like MJ, after winning championships and deciding to pick up another hobby, T-Mac's career prematurely ended not long after he hit his prime and before he truly accomplished any real greatness.
1. This is not pro baseball 2. Then again, he's not doing any worse than Cosart, Peacock, Oberhollzer or any of the other clowns they are rolling out to the hill every 5 days up the road..
List of McGrady accomplishments: 7x NBA All-Star (2001–2007) 2× All-NBA First Team (2002–2003) 3× All-NBA Second Team (2001, 2004, 2007) 2× All-NBA Third Team (2005, 2008) 2× NBA scoring champion (2003–2004) NBA Most Improved Player (2001) CBA All-Star (2013) List of tinman accomplishments: 99er .... /list
A lot of Envy up in this thread. Good for the guy, or anyone for that matter, to be doing what they want.
Early Round accomplishments That indicates playoffs, you know the time when he says "it's on me!" All star games aren't playoff achievements
Ya'll are pathetic. The dude's retired and playing baseball because he loves baseball. It really doesn't matter if he dominates or not. If he's good enough to contribute to the team, he can keep playing.
Because Tracy McGrady is a true Rockets legend along with Hakeem, Moses, etc and will forever be a part of Clutch City.
Tracy McGrady is playing minor league baseball, since you aren't in america, that's equivalent to playing neighborhood cricket. False, Clutch City was the team that brought championships to the city of Houston. he would have a ring like this
If T-Mac fans have to start comparing his accomplishments to some dude's on an internet forum to try to win an argument, then you've made your point.
T Mac fan incorrectly associated mcgrady with clutch city. During the clutch city game vs Portland this year, they had Mario elie and Hakeem there. Those were members of clutch city
Clemens came up to his waist. Looked awkward out there mechanically. All over the place. But that means he could probably make the Astros starting five, and lineup, lol.
Ha, same reason that you go to ESPN, click on baseball and look for the Tracy Skeeters article and can't find it. It's in the NBA section. tinman never quit on the rockets > tracy quit on the rockets
Dude you just cant let it go. Good lawd give this **** a rest. We all know how you feel about Tracy name being mentioned around the GARM. Why are you trying to change their fandom or views on that particular player. And for the record there is only one clutch city team, we all know that but we had a lot of fans screaming clutch city during our home matchup with the Blazers. I don't see you checking fans for calling them clutch city.
Jesus , go read a Rockets history book. There were two Rockets championships, Clutch City 1 and Clutch City 2
True that tinman will never quit the Rockets BUT Tinman was also never in any position or had any chance to decide the outcome of the Houston Rockets Basketball club any year. He wasn't or never will be paid millions to play ball.
I like how TOFs from other countries immediately go and compare me to tmac when I make a BASEBALL JOKE about him ERA in pitching is a pitcher's earned run average, the higher the worse but for tmac, it's Early Round Abandoned when Tmac left the Rockets, he was RBI (Runs batted in for baseball) but for tmac , the Rockets were Really Better Immediately One day a tmac fan will find some humor and wit in their quest to prove hypothetical scenarios that will never happen
