    Aside from being an a-$$load of caffeine? What does it do for you? Your work out? What do you guys suggest? I'm also an amazon prime member , any on there you'd recommend? Appreciate the input

    I used to take N.O. Xplode and currently O.N. Platinum PRE-. You get a boost in energy (from the caffeine obviously) and personally, I become more focused at the gym.

    I only take it because I get tired by the time my day is done.

    In all seriousness, I use Cellucor C4 (http://www.amazon.com/Cellucor-C4-E...qid=1399937006&sr=8-4&keywords=c4+pre+workout). It's not a crazy amount of caffeine (I don't drink coffee or soda anyways during the day), and it does give you focus on your workouts and a lot of lift. There is a little bit of creatine in it so make sure you drink a lot of water during your workout, which you should be doing anyways. Don't constantly take it. I cycle off of it on light weeks (I do two weeks normal, one week heavy, one week light work outs for muscle confusion).

    I think it's mostly a crock of ****. An overpriced crock of **** at that. All you need is caffeine.

    I found NO Xplode has way too much caffeine. I think back when I was taking it, it said to take like 2-3 scoops. Never said how much caffeine was in each scoop, so I eventually called and asked. It's like 100mg/scoop. So I was essentially drinking 4 redbulls before working out.

    I like some of the gel stuff (poweraid I think). Some has a little caffenine, some doesn't have any.

    I remember it said to take one scoop then assess your tolerance. I only needed 1 scoop. I imagine 3 would be like taking Adderall. :eek:

    Yeah. I have a pretty solid caffeine tolerance and i don't do much more than a scoop and a half.

    back in the day,Xenadrine did the trick. I'm trying to lay off the caffeine and trying decaffeinated coffee for the first time, any of you would like to guide me through this? =)

    no joke. caffeine just makes me sweat like Newman delivering mail or worse, Omer Asik.

    The old formula jack3d was good.
    C4 is good stuff as well, it's on amazon prime and costco has it.

    I personally don't like taking any of these things anymore, I prefer getting good sleep and I've been juicing as well, trying to cut out coffee. That being said, these things aren't bull****, they definitely give you a feeling like you could lift a truck off the ground. But if you're getting to the point where you need 3 scoops to feel anything, it's probably a good idea to cycle off for a while.

    preworkout supplements are BULLSH!T.
    overpriced caffeine mixed with who knows what... its all marketing to make people think they need it to make changes to their body. just like whey protein, sorry actually eating nutritious food post work out is much more effective.

    proper sleep and nutrition will give better results.
